According to Kang Sung Yun‘s agency, SidusHQ, Kang Sung Yun is to light the unity candles of marriage on January 7th, 2012 with pianist, Kim Ga Ohn.
The soon-to-be groom, Kim Ga Ohn, is a highly anticipated pianist who received a masters degree from the prestigious Seoul National University and he also studied music at UC Berkeley and New York University (NYU). Kim Ga Ohn was also a professor of applied music at Baekseok University.
Kang Sung Yun first met Kim Ga Ohn when she went to a jazz club with her brother-in-law, who is a jazz musician, while she was actively working as an MC for ‘O’live TV’s Food Essay‘. Through music, they were able to bond and it eventually evolved into a serious relationship.
Through her agency, Kang Sung Yun commented, “I was moved by the way he guided me with love and hope when I was afraid. I think if I’m with him, I can spend the rest of my life courageously. Amongst all the support and blessing, we will live happily supporting one another“.
