Earlier this year, we revealed that 2PM’s Junho and girl group After School would be making cameo appearances in the horror flick, ‘White: Cursed Melody’, which stars T-ara’s Eunjung.
Junho and After School are friends with the production team, and so as a special favor to them, the idols made cameo appearances in the film.
In the movie, Junho appears as a popular star idolized by every girl group. He emcees for an idol-only program called ‘Challenge, Survival’, as well as for the music program, ‘Music Fever‘. Meanwhile, After School performed their hit song ‘Bang’, but as the fictional girl group ‘Pure‘.

14 June:
The picture is for the album jacket of her fictional idol group, ‘Pink Dolls‘.
As previously revealed, Eunjung plays the role of the group’s leader, ‘Eun Ju’. Her group members mysteriously suffer accidents one by one after they show greed for the song titled, “White”. In the end, Eunjung is the only one left standing and is thus granted a solo debut.
The story doesn’t end there, though, as the film then turns to how Eunjung’s debut with “White” will fare. The movie officially hit theaters on June 9th.
2 Juni:
Fellow celebrities arrived for the VIP premiere, which included Park Gyuri, Park Ji Bin, Park Jae Jung, Kang Min Kyung, Lee Hae Ri, Min, Suzy, T-ara, Im Seulong, Hwanhee and many more.
The horror movie, “White: Melody of Curse”, will be released officially from June 9th and tells the story of the hidden secrets behind the flashy life of idols.

The former child actress stated, “I acted as a ghost in ‘Death Bell‘. At the time I played a ghost; for this movie, I play the role of a person who sees ghosts. For that, I felt a sense of responsibility to protect ghosts.”
She also spoke out about her members, saying, “The T-ara members energize each other. As soon as I get a script, I talk with Qri. Instead of grading me, she tends to listen. Hyomin helped me a lot when I was cast in the movie and gave me advice to help me act well.”
She continued, “It was fun filming and we all had fun. Therefore, there are a lot of [fun] scenes that can be shown.”
At the press conference, Eunjung also revealed that girl groups are jealous of each other.
She stated, “Members frequently check each other’s activities and feel jealousy. In the movie, we had to act as idols so the jealousy part was exaggerated a bit. Girl groups really do weigh themselves as soon as they get up in the morning and check to see if the members have eaten dinner or not. The scenes had all of that.”
Eunjung also didn’t forget to talk about her ‘husband’, Lee Jang Woo. She said, “June 1st is his birthday and we are having a VIP film screening of ‘White’ on that day. He will come and cheer me on.”
Moving on, the busy star commented on the brightest moment in her life, which was when T-ara won first place on a music program and they all cried together.
As the press conference began to wrap up, a reporter asked her which she preferred – acting or singing? Eunjung replied, “I like both acting and music so it’s hard to say which is more important. I want to do well in both.”

Another promotional poster for the movie “White” has just been revealed!
The horror movie, “White: Melody of Curse”, will be released on June 9th and it tells the story of the hidden secrets behind the flashy life of idols. In the released poster, ‘Eun Ju‘ (Ham Eunjung) is seen with her back against the spotlights, but with blood and a scary expression on her face.Standing behind ‘Eun Ju’ are three silhouettes, foreshadowing the story of the competition between idol hopefuls for the top spot. To top it off, the poster holds the caption, “If you disappear, then I will become the main”, expressing once again the jealousy and madness between the members of girl groups in their bid to become the main star.
The production crew also dropped a teaser for the movie. ‘Soon Yeh’ (Hwang Woo Seul Hye) is heard saying, “Singers are just a seasonal business. Especially idols are…”. Following that is a performance of the owner-less song called “White” by the popular idol group, “Pink Dolls”.
Following that are the words, “The gruesome passion to shine”, and the teaser dramatically shows a shift in atmosphere by revealing the members’ secrets. The movies boast of a cast including Ham Eunjung, May Doni, Choi Ara, Jin Se Yeon.

On May 11th, the upcoming horror film, “White: Cursed Melody“, revealed two new posters featuring the lead role, T-ara’s Eunjung.
Horror films with a young female cast have traditionally revolved around plots taking place in school. ”White” has departed from that tradition by instead taking the subject of an all too familiar phenomenon amongst Korean youth: the scramble to become an idol.
The two new promotional posters have been rejected from evaluation several times before they were finally cleared and the final edited versions were released today.
The movie’s plot is about the extremes trainees will go to in order to ensure their debut. Out of the glitz and glam of the spotlight lies a system riddled with envy and backstabbing.
The first poster features Eunjung shedding a bloody tear with the caption, “Do you want to hit it big, even if it means your death?” Her stark white face is a reference to the movie’s title.
In the second poster, the theme of jealousy is expressed, with Eunjung surrounded by three girls and being choked by one of them. The caption reads, “As long as you’re gone, I’m the main.”
The movie will hit theaters on June 9th, but in the meantime, check out the teaser videos below.

‘White: Cursed Melody’ features the new-generation of stars including T-ara’s Eunjung, actress Hwang Woo Seul Hye, ‘female Se7en’ May Doni, ice cream girl Choi Ah Ra, and child actress Jin Sae Yeon.
The film’s teaser poster, revealed along with the official release date, shows a horrified Eun Joo (Eunjung) and her reflection crying blood in a broken mirror.
It portrays a two-faced idol who hides a horrible secret behind the glamour on stage.
In addition, the caption, ‘Do you want to be a star even if you die?‘, sends the chill rising from ambitious idol’s dark and cruel secret.
‘White: Cursed Melody’ will be in theaters on June 9th.
