In the teaser video you can see his platinum blonde mushroom hair which is very different from the red hair he sported in the teaser image.
Both the album and “Monster” music video are due out on June 3 KST.

With all the five member teasers for the upcoming ‘Still Alive – Special Edition’ album having already been revealed, fans are getting treated to glimpses of the music video for the album’s title song with these new photos for “Monster”
In the newly released images, we’re treated to much more of the apocalyptic set than in previous teasers. Daesung has added fur to his KTZ harness, worn during their last promotions. He also has kept his now golden locks, much to the delight of fans. Seungri meanwhile, long-tailed jacket, similar to T.O.P’s standing in front of what looks like an exploding vehicle, remniscent of the group’s “Love Song” music video.
Both the album and “Monster” music video are due out on June 3rd KST.

Those expecting to see his face will be disappointed as the image is of an outfit sans the fashionable member himself. We guess once the outfit is filled with the body of it’s owner, the still alive theme will have more resonance.

Leading video website Youtube recently awarded Big Bang‘s “Fantastic Baby“ MV with two gold medals in the categories of ‘Recently Most Popular‘ and ‘Trending‘.
YouTube awards gold, silver, and bronze medals based on three categories, ‘All Time Most Popular’, ‘Recently Most Popular’, and ‘Trending’, and Big Bang’s new MV which has received over 8 million views in a short period of time has earned two of the three gold medals.
The backdrop for the video is a desolate warehouse, and the Big Bang members made a complete transformation in appearance, giving off a fierce masculine image with their new hairstyles and defined abs.
Ahead of the release of their “Fantastic Baby” MV, Big Bang released their 5th mini album ‘ALIVE‘ on February 22nd and the MV to their song “Blue” received more than 1 million views in a single day. Since then, “Blue” has earned nearly 15 million views, earning gold medals under the ‘All Time Most Popular’ and ‘Trending’ categories.
YG Entertainment remarked, “With Big Bang’s MVs earning gold medals back to back, we can estimate their status in the international market. This is extremely encouraging and helps us predict the results of their upcoming World Tour.”

Although there isn’t much difference between these music videos and the previously released Korean versions, the clips give us an insight into what the full Japanese tracks will sound like.

Big Bang’s 5th mini-album, ‘Alive‘, is scheduled to hit shelves on February 29th, but the boys will release previews from each track every day prior to the release date.
Fans were treated ”Blue” first, ”Love Dust” next, and “Bad Boy“ third, now “Ain’t No Fun” has entered the scene!
The lyrics were written by G-Dragon with additional rap by T.O.P. The track was produced by G-Dragon, D.J MURF, and PeeJay.

As soon as Big Bang released their new track “Blue“, the group has been dominating various music charts and is expected to make a huge impact on the music industry.
Since its official release today, “Blue” has claimed the number one spots on various Korean music portal sites such as MelOn, Naver, Nate, and Dosirak.
It has been about a year since Big Bang has released an album and this song’s lyrical melody and Big Bang’s mature has created a harmonious mix that clearly expresses the title of the song. The title “Blue” represents the sadness that one feels when they loose their lover and this song expresses the emotional side of Big Bang that has been hidden before.
The music video, which was filmed in New York, further emphasizes the bittersweet aura. The video has received over 20,000 responses from all over the world since being uploaded onto Youtube earlier today.

In just 24 hours, the MV drew over 1.5 million views on YouTube, and the numbers are still going strong. It’s very likely that the video will hit over 2 million before the day is through.
Additionally, Big Bang released ‘Part 2′ of their mini-series describing the song, “Blue”. The boys said that it was a “new style of song” for them and that listening to it would help “recall memories and feel sympathy.” They concluded with the observation that it was a great song to usher in the Spring.

On February 20th, Seungri confessed that he was scared that Big Bang might not be able to make a comeback due to their rocky year in 2011. The anxiety he experienced during their hiatus could still be seen in his face as he expressed his fears.

YG Entertainment has announced that they will be heralding Big Bang‘s grand comeback through TV commercials!
Big Bang has been causing a stir by releasing individual concept photos of each members everyday. Beginning on February 17th, they will be airing TV ads to fulfill a promise made days ago by YG about how Big Bang’s comeback “will be YG Entertainment’s biggest promotion yet.”
TV ads are a huge promotion technique usually used by large corporations, and cost at least a few billion won to produce. Due to the staggering receipts, TV ads have never been thought of for actual use in a singer’s promotions.
So far, Big Bang has produced 13 ads that will be aired for 13 days, with a new commercial being broadcasted every day. The ads will reveal a teaser clip of “Blue” (a track from Big Bang’s upcoming album), in addition to short interviews with the members, who will reveal their candid thoughts on their comeback.
Big Bang will also unleash a Naver application with many features, such as ‘Big Bang’s Talk’, ‘Big Bang’s Playlist’, ‘Big Bang’s TV’ and more. Fans will get to hear snippets from Big Bang’s album through this smartphone app, so it’s expected to become one of the hottest apps on the market.

On January 28th, YG Entertainment uploaded an image to their YG-Life blog with the title and information for two new songs. “Love Dust” and “Bad Boy” both contain lyrics written by G-Dragon, and also feature raps from T.O.P. Teddy lent his talents once again for the composition and arrangement of “Love Dust”, while producer Choice 37 assisted G-Dragon for “Bad Boy”.

The boys had planned to release an album ahead of their ‘Big Show‘ concert in March. Officials believe that in order for this to be possible, their album has to be released by late February at the latest.
Taeyang recently revealed to Star News, “We’re planning for our ‘Big Show’ concert in March, and around that time, Big Bang will release a new album. Whether it’s an official studio album or a mini-album has yet to be decided.”
Officials have been noticing that YG Entertainment has been pooling all of their resources into Big Bang’s comeback album lately. They’ve been rushing to enlist music video directors and have concentrated their staff on its release.
Additionally, the members have already recorded a number of new songs together over their hiatus, thus lending weight to the claims made by officials that the album may be released by mid-February at the earliest.

Big Bang has announced that they’ll be releasing a new album in March!
On December 16th, representatives of YG Entertainment confirmed, “Big Bang has decided to hold their ‘Big Show‘ concert in March of 2012. Ahead of the concert, they’ll be releasing a new album. They had halted their activities this year because of unpredicted accidents, but they’ll be returning to their official activities for the first time in nearly a year through their ‘Big Show’ next year.”
Big Bang will also be performing at the YG Family concerts next month in Osaka and Saitama.
According to representatives, G-Dragon is currently concentrating on the production of the songs for the new album. Without rest, he is at the company recording studio every day to ensure it’s prompt release.

A survey was held in mid-September which asked, “Which Korean song do you want to hear in Japanese?“, and “Haru Haru” was chosen with nearly 9,000 votes, totaling to 90% of the overall count. It’s said that the boys decided to release a ‘best-of’ album due to the immense popularity of these survey results.
