Rookie group FIX have just revealed their cover of T-ara and Davichi‘s hit song, “We Were In Love“!
According to the group, it’s been one month since their debut and they’ve received a strong response from the public. As such, they came up with this remix as a thank you gift for all the support. FIX also revealed that they’ll be taking cover requests through their official YouTube.
As for FIX’s re-interpretation of “We Were In Love”, fans will discover more raps, a hip-hop influenced melody, and a strong delivery of high vocals. Check out their cover below!

After gaining much attention with their music video for “Please Don’t Say” featuring Super Junior‘s Eunhyuk, the boys of FIX have once again found themselves in the spotlight by starting their own Podcast.
The boys have assigned themselves the role(s) of director, PD, writer, and MC, and have taken on the entire process of creating the Podcast from writing the script to editing the footage. They set out to carry out various missions as well as offering solutions to various situations or issues presented to them by the fans through their official Facebook page. They have also been updating fans real time on Twitteron the process of creating each Podcast.
The boys have honestly expressed that one of their motives of starting these Podcasts are due to their fear and uncertainty of jumping into the music industry in their 20′s, rather than in their teens like most other idols. Netizens have been empathizing with the boys who have shown, in starting these Podcasts, that the life of a singer is not all glitz and glamour like some believe.
The boys have been showing off their Trouble Maker dance, splits, and live performances of various songs that have been requested by their fans. Out of all their various talents, the one that has caught the attention of netizens is FIX’ vocal ability. One request called for the Boys to sing Davichi‘s “Don’t Say Goodbye” in the original key sung by the female duo. Although it seemed like an almost impossible task for a male group, FIX impressed their viewers as they pulled off the performance flawlessly.
As the writer of their Podcasts, FIX’s maknae Jungwook stated, “We started these Podcasts because with all the members being in their 20′s, we wanted to show our effort in a unique way, and more importantly, we wanted to show others in their 20′s who are feeling insecure [about their future], that we are also in the same boat. Thanks to Nu Ri hyung, who is good at composing music as well as editing videos, our members have been able to create fun broadcasts by ourselves.”
FIX gained much spotlight for their participation in ‘Ojakyo Brothers’ OST, and is currently in the midst of promotion for their debut track, “Please Don’t Say”.

OSEN recently caught up with F.I.X, who greeted them happily. During the course of the interview, the reporter learned that member Jung Wook (24) is actually the younger cousin of Super Junior‘sRyeowook.
“Ryeowook hyung was more of a brother to me than a cousin,” said Jungwook. “When I told him that I would be debuting as singer, he told me to work hard and always be modest. He said to always respectfully greet everyone around me, and not worry about discouraging comments I read online. Ryeowook hyung debuted when I was a freshman in high school, but he continued to keep in touch with me and buy me food. He would listen to me when I needed someone to talk to, and always gave me all the cash in his wallet without even counting it.”
Because Jungwook and Ryeowook are cousins, fellow Super Junior member Eunhyuk volunteered to act in F.I.X’s new MV. Thanks to Eunhyuk, the boys’ MV was a big hit online.
“Eunhyuk hyung was nice enough to feature in our MV, and because of him, we received over 10,000 hits in a single day,” said Oh Song (25). “I go to the same gym as Eunhyuk hyung, so we grew a bit close, but we met with Ryeowook hyung a few times too.”
F.I.X’s agency is an entertainment company that produces OSTs. Because of this, the boys were able to participate in a number of soundtracks before making their official debut as an idol group.
“We participated in a few different OSTs for hit drama series like ‘The Greatest Love‘, ‘Can You Hear My Heart‘, ‘Padam Padam‘, ‘Road Number One‘, and more. The OST for ‘Ojakgyo Brothers‘ which Jungwook sang in became a sensation online, the #1 searched item on portal sites. I think that we are much more confident now because we were able to take part in things like this beforehand,” said Noori(age not listed)
F.I.X member personally composed a few rap lines as well, and took part in the composition process for their songs. The members believe that their experience will work to their advantage and give them an edge against other idol rookies this year.
Sungwoo (age not listed) stated, ”There are five songs in total on our new album, and Noori wrote most of the raps. He will most likely be a lot more involved in future albums. Us members believe that things will start to get better, as we have been through a lot until this point. We are aware that other idols are in their teens, and we are a bit older, ranging from 24 to our 30s. But I think that has its own appeal, and it makes for a emotionally richer group.”
But their experience included more than just singing for OSTs and penning some music. Before they officially debuted, F.I.X. stood on a few different stages to understand what it takes to deliver a great performance.
Oh Song explained, “WANTED‘s Kim Jae Suk sunbaenim is part of our agency as well. When he had individual concerts, we went on stage with him, and when senior Kim Jo Han had a concert, we were invited as his special guests. We also went to different events all across the nation to build more stage experience. Because of this, we were able to cultivate fans in France, who created our ‘Bella’ fan club for us. It was really interesting.”
When asked who their role models were, they remarked that it was old-school K-Pop group g.o.d as they admired their approachable image.
Noori said, “We want to become like our seniors g.o.d. They have released so many great classics, and their image is similar to ours. They seem approachable, and we want to become like that. We are an idol group, but we want to remain down-to-earth and communicate well with our fans.”
F.I.X. released their debut album on January 4th, and are now actively promoting on music programs.

New boy group F.I.X. have launched their debut with the release of their first music video, “Please Don’t Say“.
The video features acting from Super Junior‘s Eunhyuk, who plays a boyfriend that just experienced a breakup at a train station. He can’t seem to forget about her, and wishes that time would turn back.

We recently reported that Super Junior‘s Eunhyuk took on the role of the male lead for rookie groupFIX‘s new MV, and earlier in the month, a teaser was released. As the release date is fast approaching, a second teaser has been released!
The teaser introduces the 4 members: Oh Song, Sung-woo, Jung-Wook, and Nu-Ri and also contains footage of both Eunhyuk and Jang Ji Eun.

FIX’s agency The Groove Entertainment remarked, “Super Junior’s Eunhyuk agreed to help new rookie group FIX film their new MV, taking on the role of the main male lead.”
Eunhyuk is reportedly good friends with the FIX members and he displayed his loyalty to them by making time out of his hectic schedule to film the video. The female lead was played by SBS Deep Rooted Tree‘s Jang Ji Eun.
In the photos which were released through a press release, Eunhyuk looks extremely nervous and stiff as Jang Ji Eun aggressively works toward him to lean in for a kiss. The photo further heightened expectations for the full-length MV.
The FIX members are reportedly a group of talented young members. Member Noori possesses the skill to compose and write and his own songs, leader SungWoo worked as a dancer for various artists as well as featured his rap in a few of their songs, while main vocalist Ohsong who was previously in a rock band boasts a strong voice, and Jung Wook is known to capture hearts with his sensuous singing.

The group has introduced themselves to the public with an OST (soundtrack) for Cable E Channel’sdrama “Big Hit,” called “Please Let’s Live a Little.”
The song illustrates a guy living in agony after a painful break-up with his girlfriend. He admits that he is unable to forget her and begs her to come back so he can “live a little.” A cup of medium tempo melody churned in with a few sprinkles of hip-hop beat makes a great recipe for a painfully sorrow song.
FIX will officially debut with their own single in July.
