Who knew that songstress Kang Min Kyung had arms of steel?
On January 17th, the Davichi member shared a new update on her Twitter, saying, “I promised at our concert on December 28th [that I would] reveal my triceps. I was joking around at first, but it blew up so I was getting anxious…They’re not perfect but I tried. It’s a bit embarrassing to call them triceps, so here are my ‘try’-ceps! Anyways, I kept my promise! Haha.”
Min Kyung attached a video to her tweet, which saw her trying her best to show off her triceps. When she succeeded, Min Kyung burst out with laughter and said, “Do you see it? My tricep!”

Through their official Twitter, the producers stated, “Kang Min Kyung provided a moving stage through all her might for the Kim Kwang Suk episode of ‘Immortal Song 2′!! Congratulations on your final win!”
Holding her trophy tightly with two hands, Min Kyung is seen giving a shy but confident smile in the picture provided with the tweet. Minkyung had performed Kim Kwang Suk’s “Forgetting You“, and overtook Ali, who had won for two weeks in a row.

On the 29th, Davichi made a comeback for the first time in over a year by dropping their new mini-album, ‘Love Delight‘ online.
This album is especially noteworthy, since it is Min Kyoung’s first attempt at songwriting. During an interview with StarNews on the 29th, Min Kyoung shared, “It definitely wasn’t easy considering it was my first time composing, but I reminded myself to keep my eyes on the prize and I approached it genuinely.”
She continued, “Its a song that I wrote based on my past experience… I hope that you will feel my openness and honesty as I sing this song on stage. I will be singing about the emotions that I felt, and not about the heartache that someone else wrote about.”
“The lyrics talk about having been with a certain someone for too long. The relationship gets stale and dull, and you feel lonely even when you’re with that person. The song is about wondering if maybe you’re the one that’s grown cold, or maybe your love has just lost its flame.”
Davichi will be making their comeback performance on KBS 2TV’s Music Bank on September 2nd.
Their new album’s title song “Don’t Say Goodbye” is a medium-tempo track featuring a harmonious melody of string instruments and the piano that showcase the girls’ voices.

In the photo, Kang Min Kyung is seen with shy smile on her face while on top of the horse statue. With wavy, long hair, wearing a blouse with short pants, she showed off her beautiful legs. Her blouse, in particular, seems to have wings on it, making Kang Min Kyung look like a fairy princess.

Since London is considered to be one of the fashion capitals of the world, Kang Min Kyung dressed very prettily to show off her great sense of style. Her various outfits are eye-catching, and not many people could pull them off the way she does.
On July 16th, she put up the picture of her eating breakfast along with the words, “It’s London! I came here to see my brother’s graduation! I ate salmon and eggs Benedict for breakfast. I wonder if there’s a place in Korea that could cook the same thing. It’s so delicious!”
On the 18th, she shared a couple of photos of herself walking around the London streets with a short caption that read, “Me a few days ago in London.”
She left additional pictures with comments like, “My brother’s graduation,” and, “Me now at York.”

For those of you unfamiliar with the situation, on the May 31st episode of SBS’s “Strong Heart“, Kang Min Kyung revealed that after featuring for Lee Seung Gi’s song, she received a luxurious wallet from him as a gift. However, she stated, “The wallet I received from Lee Seung Gi looked very old fashioned. There was also a gift receipt inside, so I exchanged it for a different one” – raising the eyebrows of viewers.
After the airing of the program, several viewers left comments such as “Still, it’s a present from your sunbae…”, “Lee Seung Gi must be embarrassed”, and, “Do you have to say things in such a manner?”
