The six ladies of Hello Venus recently graced a portion of the June edition of ‘CeCi’ magazine, showcasing the group’s vibrant colors as well as each of the members’ own distinctive charm. The series of photos see the girls posing playfully inside an empty theater, all the while pulling off various summer wardrobes complimented by their model-like figures.
Many fans and the like were surprised by the girls’ professionalism behind the camera, exuding charisma and confidence that make it hard to believe that the girls debuted only a few weeks ago. The group’s feature for the magazine is also said to be be over 10 pages long; an impressive feat for any celebrity, let alone a rookie group.
Meanwhile, Hello Venus has been enjoying mainstream success from their debut single “Venus”, which has brought back impressive results in both sales and charts. The girls are currently on a fan signing tour in order to grow closer with their fan club, “Hello Cupid”.

On December 8th, a behind-the-scenes video from the Pledis family’s Christmas pictorial was released online.
After School, Son Dambi, and their yet-to-debut brothers, the Pledis Boys, all dressed in their Christmas finest for a photoshoot with CeCi magazine.
The concept was called ”Oh! Party Tonight“, and so stylists brought in luxury bags, shirts, ties, dresses, jewelry and leather jackets to emulate a glamorous evening affair. Champagne and pretty finger foods were also laid out to boost the effect.

Hyorin and Soyu became the ‘Evil Queens’ as they posed with a cute black crown and the story’s iconic apple. Meanwhile, Bora and Dasom became ‘Snow White’, as they donned red hair ribbons and short bobs. Surrounded by woodland creatures, these girls definitely exuded Snow White’s sense of innocence.
This pictorial was for CeCi magazine’s “I Love Pet” campaign, which aims to foster more awareness and compassion for animals.
SISTAR stated, “Through this campaign, we could see that people receive a lot of love from their pets, and that they can be life partners and close friends. We hope that the many animals who become abandoned can be treated with more respect.”

This particular shoot was very special to the magazine, as it revolved around their alliance project “I Love Pet“ to help abandoned dogs.
The concept for this pictorial was ‘Infinite Imaginations, Fantasy Vacation“, with the themes borrowed from “Alice in Wonderland” and “Puss in Boots”. Kim Sae Ron, Kim Ah Ron, and Kim Ye Ron expressed the unstained, childlike innocence of a fairytale character who is able to communicate with animals.
During the interview for the shoot, Kim Sae Ron revealed her affection for animals by saying, “I took care of a stray cat in front of my house everyday. On days that I would come back holding the cat in my arms, I would even dream about hanging out with the cat. Ye Ron went to the library yesterday and read ‘The Cat Only Likes Me’“.
A representative at the magazine shoot complimented the three sisters. “Sae Ron, Ah Ron, and Ye Ron’s CeCi pictorial is infused with innocent charm, but you will also be able to feel a dream-like fantasy. The concept is a unique one in that she was asked to express the loneliness of a Pierrot that’s left behind after the end of an impressive show. With a short cut hair and a male top hat, Shin Se Kyung looks like she came straight out of an animation with her mysterious yet sweet style.
The representative of the photo shoot said, “It’s hard to describe Shin Se Kyung with just one word because she has so many different hidden charms. As an actress, she truly has infinite potential.”

Starship Entertainment’s upcoming idol group, ‘Boyfriend’, recently showcased their sweet charms ahead of their official debut through a photoshoot with “CECI” magazine.
Previously, only members Noh Min Woo and twin brothers Youngmin and Kwangmin were revealed to the public. Through the photoshoot, fans got a glimpse of the fourth member, Lee Jung Min. With handsome, clean-cut looks, Jung Min is a student at the Seoul Music High School.
To take on a more unique interview format, the boys were asked to come up with an explanation and/or response to a total of eight phrases. Jungmin’s were as follows:
