Donghae recently worked with ELLE Girl magazine for a special spread in their March issue. During the interview portion of the shoot, Donghae opened up about the global popularity of Super Junior.
“I think the popularity of K-pop will continue to increase,” he said. “We constantly get requests from places like Chile and Australia, and we’re sorry that we haven’t been able to visit them yet. I wish we can spend an entire year on a complete world tour.”
He continued, “I still cry whenever we receive awards. Our members had promised to work hard in order to receive awards and set records that only Super Junior could set. I am happy that we were able to live up to this promise.”

Until now, she has been praised for her flawless beauty, being called ‘goddess’, and ‘doll-like’, but for her most recent Elle Girl photo shoot, Go Ara ditched the party dress and sported a more tom-boy image.
The staff members on set were surprised by her transformation and remarked, “We saw a whole new side of her that we have yet to see until today.”
During the interview, Go Ara remarked, “I suddenly became this ‘goddess’ and ‘doll’ without even knowing about it. I am grateful that people view me that way, but my personality is more laid back and down-to-earth. When it comes to food, I really enjoy street food as opposed to fine dining.”
The actress has two movies scheduled to be released next year, ‘PaPa‘, and ‘Pace Maker‘. “I learned and felt a lot of new things as I filmed both movies. My hope is that when viewers watch the movie,they will feel the same joy that I felt while shooting it.”

The concept for the pictorial was ‘Party‘, which was highly emphasized by the artists’ relaxed poses and sleek attire. SISTAR dressed up colorful outfits, while Boyfriend showed off their good looks in fitted suits.
In their accompanying interview, the artists shared their personal thoughts about their fellow labelmates. Boyfriend’s Dong Hyun complimented K.Will with, “It was K.Will hyung who first taught me how to sing. He is like a teacher to me.”
Meanwhile, Boyfriend’s Hyunseong surprised fans when he revealed that his ideal type is none other than SISTAR’s Bora. “My ideal woman is someone who is friendly and can understand me well. I think Bora noona is the most approachable. She takes care of her juniors,” he said.

B1A4 are rising stars in the industry. Though it’s only been a short six months since their debut, they’ve already sold 60,000 copies of their album and 40,000 people have signed up for their online fan cafes. They also scored a label deal with Japan’s Pony Canyon agency.
In their photoshoot with Elle Girl, fans immediately saw why they’ve been praised for their potential, as they managed to successfully fuse their adorable boy-next-door charm with chic poses and expressions that belie a mature look.
The members’ casual ensembles were vivid and brightly colored, and layered with trendy winter coats. They were praised for being able to pull off each outfit they were given.

Now that the plot in his drama is slowly starting to unfold the secret of his character’s birth, Yoohwan has been rehearsing his acting more intensely than ever. He commented, “I wanted to try the type of acting that really emphasized your display of emotions. I’m finally able to try it, and it’s great.”
When asked what his favorite drama was, he chose ‘The Greatest Love‘. “Dok Go Jin is the best! How can he breathe life into such a character? I want to become an actor like him.”

The two recently participated in a photo shoot for Elle Girl and greeted the interviewer very energetically on the set.
The girls understood the orders of the photoshoot, and made a variety of poses that impressed everyone on set. They showed a more mature and feminine side this time around.
After the photoshoot, they said in an interview, “We were friends before our debut. It’s fun to work together since we don’t need to impress each other or anything like that. Maybe that’s why we hear that our music styles go well together.”
About their comeback track, “One More Chance“, they said, “We combined the desires of our patient fans with our own colors for this song.” They expressed that they were awaiting for this comeback as much as their fans.

To begin, Lee Jang Woo surprised the staff on set when he arrived 20 minutes early before the promised time. Since he’s known to have a busy schedule with his reality program, “We Got Married“, staff members were pleased with his professional and respectful manners.
Because it was also his first photoshoot, he expressed a bit of shyness when dressed in pieces that weren’t usually his style.
In the interview, he gave fans a glimpse into his personal ambitions. “I’m a fan of Jude Law,” he expressed. “I’ve seen nearly every film he’s starred in, but my favorite is ‘Alfie’, which he starred in with Sienna Miller. I want to become an actor like him in that he’s able to pull anything off with a trendy charm. Even as he grows older, his charm still remains the same.”
When asked about “We Got Married”, he replied, “I worried a lot because Eunjung-ssi is an idol. She’s actually very tomboyish and has an innocent charm to her that makes me feel at ease. I think the program did well in capturing me as who I really am.”

Right before they kick their official comeback this month, the sexy ladies of After School took part in a unique “Elle Girl” photoshoot.
Utilizing funky retro pieces, the girls were asked to express the musical genres of disco, swing, and punk rock with their charms. Known for their model-like bodies, the task was an easy feat for the girls.
In their accompanying interview, UEE spoke a bit about her image by stating, “I always thought I was shy, but I’m quite friendly with people I meet for the first time.
On teamwork, the members all agreed that they were “the closest out of all of the girl groups.”
Nana continued, “People seem to think that we always fight, but there isn’t another girl group that’s as close as we are. Maybe it’s because of the large age gap that makes people think the unnis are dominant, but everyone is really nice and caring.”

The photoshoot took place a couple days before the girls made their official comeback earlier this month, and Minah was given special directions to show off her cuteness to her heart’s content. Due to the blinding whiteness of her skin, staff on set revealed that it took the photographer quite some time to perfect the lighting for the shoot.
On her variety program experience, she revealed, “I’m actually not that great on set, it’s all the power of editing. SHINee’s Key and Taemin recently lent their charms for a’ marine boy’ photoshoot with “Elle Girl“, and shared some fun facts about their personalities and lifestyles.
The magazine wrote, “The photoshoot was held at a boutique hotel in Seoul under the concept of expressing a natural and pleasing side to the two members. SHINee, who is known for their sophisticated fashion, paid attention to every detail of the shoot, even on accessories like shoes and glasses. Their modern poses and active attitude brought out awe from the staff on set. They are, after all, SHINee.”
In the accompanying interview, the two were asked to answer a total of 30 questions regarding their personal tastes and day-to-day lifestyles.
When asked about which member they would like to switch bodies with, Key answered, “Minho! I want to know what it feels like to be good at sports.” The reporter also prompted Key to throw out three words which best described him. Key mused, “Unique, ‘Key’-ness, sharp.”
Taemin was asked about which body part he notices first when looking in the mirror, to which he replied, “Eyes! I look at my pupils and hypnotize myself.” Regarding his feelings on celebrating his birthday, he revealed, “I get worried when my birthday draws near because I feel like time passes too quickly.
