An amusing photo of Super Junior’s ex-member, Hankyung surfaced on the Internet has gained much attention from netizens.

It seems that the photo was uploaded by one of Hankyung’s friend on his/her Twitter along with the caption, “Super Big Butt!” That is one weird caption. Did he gained some weight? I don’t know you tell me. In the photo, the idol is posing with his back to the camera and a towel(or blanket?) wrapped around his hips.

A netizen commented, ” I want to pat you on your butts.” A very bold comment but I’m sure some might think the same as well.

The idol has been busy with performing as a singer an acting in various Chinese movies at the moment.

On November 6th, when Super Junior were celebrating their 6th Anniversary, one member in China recall his beautiful memories of debut.

Super Junior ex-member Hangeng, who debut with Super Junior in 2005 recall his memorable time, he wrote on his weibo, “I stood first time on stage on November-6-2005, today is the 6th anniversary already.Doesn’t matter if in 2005, I debut in music or in 2011, I debut in movies.Or even it is 2012, I will continue to work hard and do well. I know the difference of language and enivronment but I want to make sure that I am still your real ‘Hangeng’”

He further wrote, “For 6 years and in the future, thank you everyone for being with me, and letting my dreams come true!!”

Hangeng filled a lawsuit against SM and left Super Junior. Currently he is working in China as actor and singer. Once Super Junior were one big family of 13 members and this still can be seen.

Chinese superstar Hangeng took some time out to update his Weibo with an anniversary message and picture, as it has been a grand total of six years since his debut into the music industry.

Preceding a lawsuit with SM Entertainment, Hangeng rose to fame as one of the thirteen original members of renowned group Super Junior. On November 6, 2005, the date which he mentions in the message, Super Junior debuted with their first performance of "Twins (Knock Out)."

In his Weibo post, Hangeng spoke of his debut date and the gratitude he holds towards the successful progression of his career up until today. He also notes that he hopes to remain true to himself no matter how many years pass.

The message reads, "Today is the 6th anniversary since appearing for the first time on stage on 6th November 2005. Whether it was starting from music in 2005, focusing on movies in 2011, or 2012 and beyond, I'll continue to walk every step steadily. Under different times and environments, I just want to be the same true 'Hangeng'. From six years, until the future, thank you for keeping me company and letting my dreams continue to become true."

Fans have been touched by his message and took to congratulating him upon the six year mark. Many left heartfelt comments, saying, "I miss you, but I'm so proud of you. Congrats on your 6 years," "We appreciate him for who he is and we will give him our utmost support," and "Even if he didn't mention Super Junior, seeing this message makes me really happy."

In related news, celebrations for Super Junior's special day went on in various ways. Taiwanese Super Junior fans showed their love by collecting money to fly a blimp in honor of their sixth anniversary, while Super Junior member Ryeowook tweeted an old picture of the group for viewers to reminisce upon.

Earlier on 23 September 2011, former Super Junior member Hankyung, or Han Geng in his Chinese name, visited Jakarta, Indonesia to promote his latest new movie, ‘My Kingdom’ co-starring with Wu Chunand Barbie Tsu.

He was invited as well to Global TV’s infotainment show, Obsesi for a special one to one interview with the host conducted in Chinese. From his experiences, emotions and stories of what he has been doing, the interview was about 10 minutes long.

Here, the host was asking him, “How did you feel when you saw a lot of fans that has been waiting for you during your arrival in the airport?” With his simple but stylish outfit in black-frame glasses, white long-sleeve shirt and black vest, he smiled all the time and answered, “I thought it would be just fine to walk out here. I thought to myself, ‘well, I’m sure there’s only a few people!’ but I was wrong. They were so many!”

He couldn’t stop smiling when he rewatched the video of his arrival amongst his hundreds of fangirls waiting for him.

After sharing his stories and what was his stay like during the few days spent in Jakarta, the host asked him to follow her sign, the hand symbol for the show, which is an ‘OK’ sign, that makes the letter ‘O’.

His carefree and down-to-earth attitude during the interview was raved among fans and viewers of how polite and handsome he is.

It’s just been revealed that Hangeng and SM Entertainment have finally settled on a mutual agreement, officially ending their long legal dispute.

It was recently reported that Hangeng had withdrawn his countersuit against SM’s appeal to the court decision that had judged in favor of Hangeng.

On September 27th, legal representatives of both Hangeng and SM released a statement saying, “Hangeng and SM have amicably settled on a mutual agreement, and the lawsuit was able to come to a close after Hangeng submitted his ‘Notice of Withdrawal of Appeal’.”

They continued, “For the time being, Hangeng will continue to be active in China, and plans regarding his activities in Korea have not yet been decided.”

They finally added, “Please understand that according to the settlement, we cannot release any more details about the case.”

Hangeng will reportedly continue his exclusive contract with SM Entertainment, but it has not yet been revealed whether he will return as an active member of Super Junior.

From singer to movie poster boy, ex-SuJu member Han Geng is setting his sights higher and higher

RISING star Han Geng may be fairly new to movie audiences, but he’s already chalked up sizeable resume.

Not only is he an accomplished dancer – he’s apparently well-versed with China’s 56 ethnic traditional dances, as well as ballet and hip-hop dance – he also had a career as a teen idol as part of Super Junior and, later, its sub-group, Super Junior-M. He left the boyband scene in 2009 and went solo with his debut album, Geng Xin, last year.

He’d already dipped his foot in the acting arena while with Super Junior, and even had a small role as Chinese leader Deng Xiaopeng in the movie The Founding Of A Party. And now, Han Geng has a lead role in My Kingdom, starring opposite Wu Chun and Barbie Hsu.

Needless to say, all his previous experience came in rather handy in this story about two students of the renowned Beijing Opera troupe.

What was your biggest challenge making My Kingdom?

Since this is my first starring movie, a lot of things were challenging for me. Although I have certain martial arts skills, I have not practised for many years … In the beginning, I had to have more than two months of training.

What was the funniest thing that happened on set?

I’d joke with Wu Chun to amuse ourselves. We would often play cards and the one who lost would have to do something silly. I once lost and had to walk about shouting: “I am stupid!” It was very embarrassing.

What were your co-stars like?

Barbie Hsu is very beautiful and very professional. She is also very gentle and caring – she would ask the assistant to send food to us. We’re very grateful to her! Wu Chun and I have many things in common. He is also very professional. They are great actors.

What does a girl have to do to get a date with you?

When I have time, then we’ll talk about me going on a date.

Now that you’ve gotten your first taste of the film business, would you like to switch jobs?

Film and music each take up half of my career. I would like to continue making movies, and I would like to make a great album.

Which movie actors are you inspired by?

My favourite actors are Tony Leung and Will Smith.

What is the best and worst thing about being Han Geng right now?

The best thing is that I get to do what I want to do, and work makes me feel happy. I don’t think there is a worst thing – I have been very lucky, and I’m willing to work harder.

Public kisses and whispering in each other ears. Hangeng misses the days he stayed with Heechul.

Hangeng was once a Super Junior (SJ) member. While studying in Beijing, because the group ‘Shinwa’ had been popular there, hence most of his friends were into the Korean wave. Being influenced, he hoped that he could join a Korean group in the future as well.

When he was 19, he was chosen by SJ’s company SM entertainment, so he went to Korea alone to be trained. He is the only foreigner in the group, and he did not know Korean as well. The first friend he befriended was Heechul. The both of them were roommates, Heechul takes care of Hangeng in both work and in everyday life.

Hangeng says that: “Heechul is my best friend, we had always stayed together, and we talk about everything.”  Both of them has also stuck together in public, most of the time whispering things to each other, kissing and more intimate things. When Hangeng left the group, Heechul was the most hurt. During January this year, SJ opened a concert in Beijing; this is the first concert without Hangeng. When Heechul was singing Shining Star, he started to cry, Fans all said that this is the first time they saw Heechul cry in a concert.

After Hangeng went solo, his career went up a new level, and Heechul was happy for him, he even said during radio broadcast that he misses the days where he taught Hangeng how to sing Korean songs in the recording studio.

For the both of them, their brotherhood had never changed, when Hangeng went to Korea for 2 days to film the MV of his new song, he did not have any time to go out and look for Heechul for a meal, so Heechul specially went to the flimset to look for him. Then there was when the 2 had time to meet and talk for a while. Two super idols Wu Chun and Han Geng in MY KINGDOM (DAI MO SUN) had to face their first intimate scene in their career.
