After rumors about Yoo In Na and Son Ho Young‘s “relationship” became headlining news last week, Yoo In Na herself decided to clear the air through her show, ’One Night of TV Entertainment‘.
The actress/MC stated through a live recording, “When I get a boyfriend, I will reveal the news through ‘One Night TV Entertainment’.” Fellow MC Seo Kyung Suk affirmed, “When she has a significant other, she will reveal it herself”.

During an interview with SBS’s “One Night of Entertainment” on November 30th, singer Lee Hyorigave more insight on her recently revealed relationship with singer-songwriter Lee Sang Soon, and what type of men attracted her the most.
Lee Hyori’s agency revealed, “They’ve known each other for about two years. Since he’s close with her friends Jung Jae Hyung and Kim Dong Ryul, she also got to know Lee Sang Soon better. It’s true that they are attracted to each other as more than just friends.”
The show also dug up an old interview she had with the show, where she was asked the characteristics of her ideal man. During a recent interview with ‘One Night of TV Entertainment‘, actress Kim Ha Neul was asked if she had ever been hit on by a male celebrity. The actress laughed upon hearing the question, further evoking curiosity.

The program had a segment called, “The rising star with the best legs is…?”, which sought out celebrities’ secrets on achieving great legs. G.NA said, “I loosen my leg muscles, and stretch a lot.”
Meanwhile, Hyomin revealed, “To say that I do anything special would be a lie, but I try my best in my own way. The secret to beautiful legs is in high heels. We plan for the stress our legs feel after performing on stage with heels on. The members will massage each others’ legs.”

On October 19th, Joong Ki finally released a statement on his dating life.
Song Joong Ki sat down for an interview with SBS‘s ‘One Night in TV Entertainment‘, and the interviewer asked questions about his current relationship status.
Song Joong Ki boldly responded, “No comment. I enjoy dating in secret.”

Song Joong Ki also shared that he’s not charmed by looks, but by the person’s unique qualities. On October 12th, SBS‘s ‘One Night in TV Entertainment‘ broadcasted footage of a bevy of stars meeting up and gathering together at the ‘16th Busan International Film Festival‘!
There’s a popular little town for ‘pojangmachas‘ (little street stand walk-ins) in Haewundo that even the stars can’t seem to get enough of. Jang Dong Gun and Odagiri Joe made headlines after meeting up for a round of drinks, but they weren’t the only stars sighted in the area.
The cameras of ‘One Night in TV Entertainment’ were able to catch sightings of Go Soo, Rain, Kim Sun Ah, and Jang Geun Suk sharing drinks.
Rain commented, “I met up with other actors for the first time in a while and spent some quality time with them.”
Other stars included Song Hye Gyo, Yoo Ji Tae, Ji Sung, Mun Chae Won, and Yoo In Na.

Yang Hyun Suk revealed that there were once plans for a Big Bang + Jay Park unit.
On SBS‘s ‘One Night of TV Entertainment’ that aired on the 7th, two of the judges from SBS’s‘KPOP STAR’, YG Entertainment’s Yang Hyun Suk and JYP Entertainment’s J.Y. Park, came together as guests on the show.
Yang Hyun Suk astounded the viewers by saying, “This is the first time I’ve revealed this secret, but during the beginning stages of Big Bang, we were thinking about having a separate G-Dragon, Taeyang, and Jay Park unit“. He further explained, “But in the end, separate teams were formed due to their busy schedules, and they weren’t combined“.
J.Y. Park also talked about what it was like to engage with Yang Hyun Suk on a program stating, “In addition to liking him as a person, I think that he is a producer who has a good sense for things and is better than me in certain areas, so collaborating with hyung is quite enjoyable for me“.

On August 31st, SBS’s ‘One Night of TV Entertainment‘ aired their report about Sooyoung’s car accident, which included an interview with her sister, musical actress Choi Soojin.
To recap, Sooyoung was traveling through the Gyeonbu expressway on August 28th when her car was struck by another vehicle after the other drive tried to cut into Sooyoung’s lane.
Sooyoung was en route to participate in volunteer activities for the visually impaired.
Sooyoung’s sister revealed the seriousness of the accident as she stated, “She bled a lot. At the time of the accident, I was so shocked that I thought she was going to die“.
She continued, “Sooyoung has a cracked tailbone. There’s no exact treatment or cast for it, so she needs to rest. She probably won’t be able to participate in a few schedules. If the stage doesn’t require extreme movements, Sooyoung is committed [to participating] and is wondering if she can still be involved without moving a lot“.

On the August 10th episode of SBS’s ‘One Night’s TV Entertainment‘, Park Shi Hoo (who’s currently filming for KBS’s ‘The Princess’s Man‘) revealed his diet habits and menu.
After an interview, Park Shi Hoo brought out his diet lunch, which he then showed the reporter. He first revealed a potato and stated, “The best tasting potato in the world”.
After that, he brought out bananas and boiled eggs. A slightly salted potato (109kcal), 1 banana (100kcal), and 1 boiled egg (80kcal) makes up this short term diet plan.
Park Shi Hoo stated, “Since I eat a little for each meal, I eat food in 2-3 hour intervals. These items are also good for constipation, and can work well for the ladies.”
Park Shi Hoo also revealed his abs and chest workouts that anyone could do.
On the August 10th broadcast of SBS’s ‘One Night of TV Entertainment‘, pictures of Han Hye Jin from back when she was called the “Ulzzang of Eungwang Women’s High School“ were revealed.
The pictures show that Han Hye Jin looks no different from her past self, as she her big eyes and beautiful jawline could be seen even back then.
Han stated, “I received lots of crushes from the most popular oppas at school. I think I acted pretty a lot. When I am walking around, I can just walk, but I purposely tied my hair and made it wave around.”

Changmin in particular showed off why he was nicknamed “Changmin Mommy” by demonstrating how he cooks a tuna steak, which he ate often during his diet/exercise routine. Lee Hyun, on the other hand, caused much laughter after he revealed his secret – a meal of brown rice in a plastic bag.
The duo also commented on their leaner bodies, showing off their abs and muscles at the gym.

On the July 20th broadcast of SBS TV’s ‘Night of TV Entertainment‘, UEE revealed the diet plan she followed to maintain a healthy figure.
She stated, “Usually, I pack my own lunch” and pulled out a drink made from grains. She explained,“This drink contains black beans, wheat, brown rice, soy milk, and honey, so it can be used as one meal.”
Additionally, she also showed the cameras the lunch that she packed for herself. The lunch contained brown rice, tofu with dried bonito, and a chicken breast salad. It was revealed that the half bowl of brown rice was 150kcals, the whole grain drink was 110kcal, and the chicken salad was 205kcals. Altogether, the meal did not exceed 1,oookcals.
To conclude, UEE said, “Many people starve themselves when they are on a diet, but that doesn’t help. You have to eat well in order to lose weight more easily.”

It’s well known that the actors from the movie “300″ along with Hallyu star Rain formed their bodies through CrossFit training. CrossFit Training is a very effective full body workout that only takes around 20~30 minutes but during that time it’s a very intensive workout with no breaks throughout the session.
The first exercise introduced was the ‘rope wave’, in which you lower your body, keeping your back straight, and hit the floor while making waves with a rope. Dongjun explained, “This is the biggest exercise in that you exercise your physical strength, endurance, and core strength”.
The second exercise was Tabata training, building your abs with sit-ups using equipment. Dongjun explained, “the equipment allows you to only focus on your abs”. Tabata Squats are known to increase your lung capacity and muscular endurance. The exercise includes 8-sets in which you exercise for 20 seconds, and rest for 10 seconds.
Dongjun explained, “the exercise helps in building your upper, lower, and even side abdomens”.
Taehun commented, “I lost exactly 10 kilograms (22 pounds) in 2 months”, introducing the Kettlebellexercise. The Kettlebell exercise is 5-sets of swinging a 10 kilogram (22 pound) dumbbell for 20~30 seconds, which focuses on working your lower back.

On the July 13th episode of SBS’s ‘One Night of TV Entertainment‘, Lee Min Ho was asked about the below photo during his interview.
The two celebrities were both eating at an event they had attended when the picture was taken.
Netizens laughed when they saw how the two were sitting next to each other but seemed to be keeping their distance, looking a bit awkward.
Lee Min Ho explained, “We’re not very close to each other but we did talk a lot about a variety of topics.” When asked what kind of advice Lee Hyori had given him, he awkwardly replied, “Well, our relationship isn’t close enough for her to give me advice“, causing viewers to laugh.
