After catching headlines for her new feminine look following a 5 kg weight loss, singer Lee Boram is stepping out from her ‘Superstar K2‘ canopy in order to conquer the charts with “Two Fools“!

Although it isn’t her official debut track, the song is still an immensely powerful one for Lee Boram since it’s something she worked on for her mentor, Cho Young Soo. Cho Young Soo is a composer, and he’s been working with Lee Boram for his signature album, “Allstar“.

Although it’s been 24 hours since its release, the song is still maintaining its #1 position on Cyworld’s live chart.  Considering the fact that MBC’s ‘I Am a Singer‘ released their digital tracks on July 25th (an event that normally topples all other songs on the chart), the feat is a particularly admirable one that has industry representatives calling her the next ‘goddess of K-Pop’.

Superstar K2’s Lee Boram galvanized viewers nationwide when she revealed her sweet, ringing voice for the very first time.

Now, she’s finally made her debut with “Two Fools“, a mellow track that tells of two friends who are infatuated with one another, but are too shy to express their feelings. Lee Boram’s soothing vocals harmonizes well with Mino’s raw raps, culminating in an addictive track that truly meets with Korea’s high expectations of this star.

Lee Boram, a former contestant who made it to the TOP 11 on Mnet’s popular audition program ‘Superstar K2‘, will be debuting as a singer with the wholehearted support of composer Cho Young Soo.

Six months after she signed an exclusive contract with Cho Young Soo’s management company,Nextar Entertainment, Lee Boram launched a countdown to her singing debut by participating in a song called “Two Fools” on Cho Young Soo’s signature album, ‘All Star’.

Judging by these new photos, Lee Boram looks very much like a girl group member with her sweet and lively appearance. One would predict that she would be releasing a fun dance song, but instead, she chose a fresh ballad to debut with.

While on ‘Superstar K2′, Lee Boram became a hot topic after judges praised her as a ‘natural celebrity’. She is also gaining much anticipation, as music fans express that they hope she’ll exceed their expectations with her debut song, which is said to really carry out her sorrowful and sweet voice.

Lee Boram will be the fourth person from the Top 11 ‘Superstar K2′ lineup to release a single, following behind Kim Greem, Jang Jae In, and Kim Ji Soo.
