Super Junior will be heading back to Japan in the future seeing as their official website just recently posted that they’ll be releasing “Mr. Simple” as a second Japanese single later this year on December 7th.The single will be released in different versions, including a CD+DVD version that features the “Mr. Simple” MV. More news on the single and its coupling songs will be revealed later on.Super Junior’s first Japanese single “Bonamana” was revealed last June and got to the 10th spot in the monthly Oricon rankings with more than 66000 copies sold.It was also revealed that Super Junior will be heading to Osaka for Super Show 4, on December 10th and 11th. Super Junior has announced that they’ll be making a music program comeback through September 23rd’s episode of ‘Music Bank‘!
As reported earlier, they’ll be releasing their follow-up song, “A-Cha“, from their repackaged album of the same name on the 19th.
To accomodate those fans who don’t want to own multiple copies of their “Mr. Simple” album, Super Junior will release the digital versions of their 4 new songs through music sites like Melon, Dosirak,Bugs, and Naver on that day.
“A-Cha” is a song about holding onto a lover who seems to be unsure about what she wants. It’s described to be a powerful dance track combining rock and electro house styles with an easy melody and sophisticated rhythm.

“A-Cha” will contain all 13 songs from “Mr. Simple Version B“, in addition to four new songs.
The song “A-CHA” will act as their title track, and is said to be a rock-based, electro house number. “Oops!!” guest-features labelmates f(x) and has raps personally penned by members Leeteuk,Heechul, Shindong, and Eunhyuk.
Super Junior-M member Henry teamed up with Leeteuk to compose “Andante“, an emotional ballad that’s sure to pluck heartstrings with its sentimental lyrics. Finally, the album includes “A Day“, which aims to showcase Super Junior’s mature color.

Super Junior recently released a mobile app co-created by SM Entertainment and online music service Soribada!
The ‘lite’ version of the app is available for free, but fans who want the full version will have to pay $7.99 USD. In the free version, you can enjoy one-minute previews of every track on the album, as well as viewing teaser videos and photo galleries. The full version includes entire songs, their music video, making-of videos, an image gallery and Facebook capabilities.
The app is being offered in conjunction with the group’s ‘version B’ of “Mr. Simple”, which includes the track ‘Superman.’ The music video and galleries will be updated soon as additional features on the app as well.
A representative of Soribada said, “Super Junior stands at the center of the Hallyu wave and you can now interact with their music through your smartphones. Fans are very excited because you not only get the music, but videos and photos of the group as well”
SM Entertainment has previously released mobile apps for many of their artists, with the latest being forDana & Sunday’s digital single.

Super Junior released the music video for “Mr. Simple” on August 4th and tallying views from July 27th to August 26th, the video placed 5th overall with a view tally of 9,409,999 views. With this accomplishment, Super Junior were on the top 10 list with some very famous company including artists such as Lady Gaga, Kanye West, Jay Z, Maroon 5, Taylor Swift and others.
Although this proves their popularity abroad, they also did well at home as the video received top honors for ‘Most Viewed’, ‘Most Commented’, and ‘Most Favorited’ on YouTube Korea as well.
Additionally, Super Junior released the music video for “SUPERMAN“ on the 26th and the video has also received a lot of love.

Super Junior's official 5th album's title song 'Mr. Simple' MV has placed 5th in the world on the chart 'The Most Views in August (July 27~ August 26)' on youtube.

Super Junior will be releasing a ‘Version B’ of their 5th full-length album, “Mr. Simple“!
On August 18th, SM Entertainment revealed that Version B would contain the same 12 tracks included on the original album, but this time, the song “Superman” has been added, thus bringing the total amount of songs to 13.
“Superman” was performed during Super Junior’s initial round of music program comebacks, and many fans lamented over how it wasn’t included in the album. The song has been described to be a minimalist hip-hop track which feature the members singing in a low vocal range.
The album jackets for ‘Version B’ are already gaining a hot response among their fans and looks likely to be another hot seller, thanks to their ‘urban soldier’ concept.

National idol group, Super Junior, recently revealed the set of their music video and photoshoot for their hot new album, “Mr.Simple” on the entertainment station, ETN.
Originally known for their modern and chic image, the Super Junior members changed up their style with vivid colors and unique accessories for their 5th album. Whether it was sparkling, gold leggings or platinum blonde hair, these super idols pulled off the look while managing to bring out their personality and charm in every pose.
It’s well known that the Super Junior members are known as one of the most modest and mannerly idol groups. This was exemplified when their leader, Leeteuk, started out by introducing the group while bowing their heads with respect to the staff members on the set for their “Mr. Simple” music video shooting.
Leeteuk commented, “Hello everyone, today is the first day shooting for the music video for Super Junior’s 5th album, ‘Mr. Simple‘“. Member Donghae also added, “We’re currently at NamYangjoo“.
The set was covered with handmade acrylic crafted by Italian craftsmen; but rather than drawing attention by accenting the flashy set, the members were dressed in bold colors to give an edge to the members individual charms.
Lastly, Leeteuk made out a letter to all the fans, “To the fans in Korea, and to the fans from all over the world, we won’t let all the wait go to waste and try our best to put on the best performance“, and added, “We won’t disappoint you guys. We are Super Junior!” as he ended the interview.

Thousands of fans waited last night for the release of “Mr. Simple,” the fifth album if boy band Super Junior that has already topped different real-time music charts in Korea.
On music site Dosirak, 10 songs in the album occupied the top ten positions. On Bugs and Daum, the track “Mr. Simple” also occupied the No.1 spot. On Naver and Melon music charts, “Mr. Simple” landed at No.2.
Fans have been eagerly awaiting the release of the album, with SM Entertainment teasing them by releasing photos and the music video teaser. “Mr. Simple” contains 13 tracks – among them “Mr. Simple,” “Be My Girl,” “Opera,” “Walkin’,” “Y,” “Good Friends,” and the title track.
SM Entertainment said that the song “Mr. Simple” expresses how modern people “lose their achievement for their job, lobe and dream without breadth of mind in such complicated world, with humorous and metaphorical words.”
The agency told fans to expect an intense and energetic performance from Super Junior when they start promoting on TV music shows.
Super Junior member Donghae composed “Y,” an R&B song that “expresses the emotional downfall caused by a break-up.”

Recently, a community portal site uploaded photos of Super Junior’s albums in front of the cash register, demonstrating the popularity of the group’s fifth release. Along with the title and uploaded photos, the site also stated, “Guanghwa’s Hottracks, Incheon’s Synnara, Yongdeungpo’s Hottracks and other stores already have employees revealing that all their Super Junior albums are sold out!”

SEOUL: Korean boy band Super Junior will lose its leader Lee Teuk and group member Hee Chul next year, when the pair enlists in the Korean military to complete their national service, reported Korean media.
"Nothing has been decided yet with regards to their enlistment, but they (Lee Teuk and Hee Chul) will have to enlist by next year at the latest because of their age," said a spokesperson from SM Entertainment, Super Junior's management agency.Under Korean law, all Korean males must serve 21 months of compulsory military service before they turn 31.Both Lee Teuk and Hee Chul will turn 29 next year and they must enlist so as to complete their national service by the time they turn 31.Super Junior's newly-released album "Mr. Simple" will most likely be the group's last album until the two complete their national service.Lee Teuk expressed that he was unperturbed by his impending enlistment and said the group would promote the album "for as long as possible"."Military service is a duty every Korean man must fulfill, so I will enlist when the time comes," said Lee Teuk during a press conference for "Mr. Simple" on Thursday.Lee went on to reveal that plans are being made for Super Junior to embark on a world tour prior to his and Hee Chul's enlistment.He also promised that the Super Junior will have an album ready once he returns after completing his national service.-CNA/ha

Just before Super Junior released their 5th album Mr.Simple, teasers for the music video of the title track were released trough SM’s official youtube page, as well as as the band’s homepage. In the two teasers released, the ten boys of Super Junior show off their fresh new looks. What’s rather remarkable is that none of the colorful clothing or make up featured in the album art, is found in the teaser. The music video will be released on the 4th of August during the press conference at the Seoul Imperial Palace Hotel. Veteran singer Yoon Jong Shin recently revealed his affections for junior group Super Junior, who just unleashed their fifth album, “Mr. Simple“.
Yoon Jong Shin presented the boys with the song “Good Friends” for their new album, marking his second collaborative work with the idol group.

Details have been revealed about Super Junior’s upcoming fifth album!
Scheduled to drop on August 2nd at 12AM KST, Super Junior’s album will first be available through online music sites like mel0n, Dosirak, Bugs Music, and Naver.
The 5th album was said to be inspired by the struggles and hardships felt by society today. Their lead track, “Mr. Simple“, deals with the loss of hopes and dreams, and its message will be carried out through an aggressive choreography that’s sure to captivate fans all over the world.
Other songs on this album include “Good Friends“, a work that was inspired by Super Junior’s past memories. Meanwhile, “Opera” is a track that presents the listener with the realism of present-day society. It carries a “reverse dance beat” with lyrics that encourage the audience to overcome any hardships and obstacles.
Moving on, “Walk in” is a pop dance track that re-tells the members’ memories. The pace of the album slows down with R&B track, “Y“,which was composed by member Donghae; it expresses the emotional downfall caused by a break-up.
“Silly Thoughts” is a remake of JINU’s 1996 hit, which tells of a wish to have a white christmas in the middle of summer. Described to have a rock melody, “Silly Thoughts” aims to brush away the stifling feelings brought on by a humid summer.
Other songs on the album include K.R.Y.’s ballad, “My Love, My Kiss, My Heart“, “Following My Memories“, “Be My Girl (La La La La)”, “Feels Good“. The album hosts a total of 13 tracks, as well as a bonus track featuring Super Junior-M’s “Perfection“.
Two teasers for “Mr. Simple” will be released on August 1st, and will be made available on the SMTOWN Facebook Page, on Super Junior’s Facebook page, and on SM Entertainment’s YouTube channel.

The boys had K-Pop fans buzzing over what their concept would be after unveiling a series of eclectic teaser photos of the Super Junior members over the past few days.
SM Entertainment announced that their new concept is ‘Ubersexual‘, meaning the boys are pursuing a more stylish and masculine image, but yet it’ll still be sexy and suave.

Super Junior will be holding a comeback press conference that will be shared all over the world through their official Facebook and YouTube channel!
On August 4th, the boys will be hosting a press conference to celebrate the release of their fifth album, “Mr. Simple“, at the Imperial Palace Hotel in Seoul. Fans will be able to catch live updates of the press conference through their Facebook and YouTube channel, including photos and videos.
SM Entertainment revealed, “Super Junior is popular in not only Asia, but also in the States, Europe, and the rest of the world. Due to the high level of interest amongst their international fans, we have decided to relay the press conference live. We will be taking questions from fans through our Facebook on August 1st through the 3rd and ask the boys these questions at the scene of the press conference.”

Super Junior has been releasing several solo image teasers of its members and has been receiving a lot of attention for its colorful concept. Notably, Super Junior leader's Leeteuk has had fans questioning if his teasers also hinted at the title of the main song. Leeteuk's teaser was the 3rd to be released. Yesung's is the latest solo teaser to be revealed.
Fans have taken notice that out of all the teasers, only Leeteuk's had different wording then the usual "Distributed by S.M. Entertainment Co., LTD...(etc)" on his photo with what seems to be the words, "Mr. Simple," at the top left.
