U-KISS member Dongho recently shared a selca that broke the hearts of fans everywhere.
On February 29th, Dongho shared the photo above via his official Twitter page and wrote, “The other hyungs are having fun filming but… minors are not allowed to be on television broadcasts after 9PM in Japan. So I’m eating cereal at home by myself… hurry up hyungs…”
Dongho’s meager dinner and lonely facial expression shattered the hearts of concerned nuna fans, who wrote, “Oh no. cutie is all alone“, “You need to eat strawberries with cereal!”, and “I love you!”
It’s a hard-knock life for idols who sacrifice their sleep to make television appearances and perform on stages across the globe, but perhaps harder for poor Dongho, who has to wait up alone for his members to return!

20 Feb:
U-KISS member Dongho‘s tweet in response to the Block B interview issue has stirred up controversy with netizens’ split reactions.
On February 20th, Dongho had tweeted, “Singer worth 7,000 Won ($6)“, which was a response to Block B’s comment on the Thailand flood, as the group had stated they only had 7,000 won to donate to the Thailand flood relief.
Netizens responded with, “Even young Dongho knows the truth. Block B is driving me crazy”, “His diss is daebak. I feel more relieved”, and “I applaud Dongho’s ambition.”
However, some responses were more critical as they stated, “His words are too rash”, “Does he really need to be this sarcastic?”, and “He seems to be doing this with his Thai fans in mind, but this isn’t the way to go about it.”
In response to the flurried responses, Dongho erased the tweet and left an apology with, “It seems that the tweet was thoughtless. I am sorry. I will be more careful in the future.” A majority of the netizens questioned the necessity for Dongho to formally apologize.
Meanwhile, Block B’s agency gave an official apology with, “The fault lies largely on the company for not teaching the idols correctly. Even though it is late, we will work on the areas where they lack the most, such as their music, their attitude and the way they view the world. We will work our best to support the idols so issues like this will not happen again.”

U-KISS’s maknae Dongho is going through quite the growth spurt, as it’s been recently revealed that he grew 8 cm (3.14 inches) since his debut.
His profile currently lists his height as 178 cm (5′9″), which is an 8 cm increase since he was last recorded at 170 cm (5′6″) three years ago at the beginning of U-KISS’s debut.
Dongho explained, “At the time of my debut, I barely hit 170 cm. Because all of my hyungs were so tall, I actually had no choice but to add a bit more to my profile height and made it 173 cm. After each new album release, however, I began to grow bit by bit. I really grew to 173 cm between our promotions for ‘I’m Not Young‘ and ‘I Like You.’ Our company raised my profile height by 2 cm again, but by the time we were done promoting ‘Bingeul Bingeul‘, I was 175 cm. While preparing for ‘0330′, I checked my height and now I’m really 178 cm.”
He continued, “I’m working on both an acting and singing career now so it is a bit physically difficult, but I’m doing my best and learning a lot. I’ll make sure to show everyone my improvement and growth.”

He then revealed, “If I were really the grandson of a chaebeol, I would first build a baseball park for Korea’s baseball fans.”
Why a baseball park, you ask?
Dongho explained, “It’s because I thought of the hard time I had while playing baseball on KBS2TV’s ‘Invincible Baseball“. ..I always thought it would be good for baseball fans to play baseball comfortably whenever they wanted to in a good facility.”
The busy idol also lamented about not having time to go watch a baseball game and said, “I want to visit a baseball stadium and cheer for my favorite team.”

A representative spoke with OSEN and explained, “Dongho himself realizes that he is still lacking in many aspects as an actor. He wants to first learn through smaller roles, and although he’s disappointed in having to let the bigger roles go, it’s a sacrifice he wanted to make. After further growth and improvement, we predict that he’ll be able to be more confident in the future.”
He’s mainly played the role of a high school student, and some of his supporting roles are found in “My Black Mini Dress,” MBC’s “Royal Family,” “Real School,” and “Villain & Widow.”
