She tweeted on May 29 KST, “Took a selca during practice.. Although I am not amazingly pretty.. I just wanted to say hi to you all~~!! I guess I can’t do anything about my dark circles.”
Jihyun does look a bit tired in the photo, but fans responded that her clear skin and dark eye circles don’t detract from her cute charm.
Followers commented, “Your dark circles are cute,” “Her makeup-free face is pretty,” and “If you practice until late at night, your dark circles get worse,” showing their concern for the hardworking singer.
13 April:
On April 13th, Jihyun tweeted, “For the first broadcast today my throat condition wasn’t very good, so I thought to myself to just try to do as I had practiced, but I ended up filming live without my in-ear earpiece, which resulted in me showing you an unstable image.”
She continued, “It’s embarrassing to say, since it’s all excuses, but I can really do better! I will try my best. Please continue to have interest in us and cheer us on.”
Jihyun was apologizing for her performance during 4minute’s comeback stage on the April 12th broadcast of Mnet‘s ‘M! Countdown‘.
4minutes’s title track off their new mini-album, “Volume Up“, is gaining much interest for lyrics that describe not only the public’s enthusiasm for girl groups, but also their prejudices against them in a frank manner in a style that is uniquely 4minute.

Besides seeing the leader of 4minute throw the opening pitch, fans were also delighted to see her wear a navy blue jersey which had been re-introduced at the special event, Players’ Day, today to spark memories of the Doosan Bears last winning the series with this jersey.
Unfortunately for the home fans, the Bears lost 3 – 8 to the Lions in the end.

Ji Hyun recently shared a cute selca set that she took during a photoshoot.
On May 16th, Ji Hyun tweeted, “Filming outside right now! It’s really nice out. Everyone should go have fun at a nearby park! It feels like you’re photosynthesizing.”
In the attached three photos, you can see Ji Hyun smiling innocently to the camera while wearing a white shirt, a black school blazer, and a striped, navy blue tie.
Meanwhile, 4minute are currently active in their follow-up promotions with the song, “Heart To Heart”.
1 April:4minute’s Nam Ji Hyun was recently accused of getting plastic surgery because of her prominent chest.Cube Entertainment denied the rumors, but it seems that they have more to add.
A Cube Entertainment representative stated, “Nam Ji Hyun lost about 6.6-8.8 lbs (3-4 kgs) while getting ready for her album. Her body line became more enhanced, which is why the rumors of breast implants came about.”
They added, “She’s normally glamorous and her body’s a little chubby… After losing weight, those rumors came about. Nam Ji Hyun has always been the one with the innocent image in 4minute, but this time we started changing that image.”

After the music video was released yesterday for the group’s new single, “Heart to Heart“, viewers immediately noticed her “glamorous” body.
Nam Ji Hyun had to wear a really low-cut dress for certain scenes, and some viewers commented, “Did she get breast implants?” after seeing her physique.
4minute’s agency, Cube Entertainment, stated, “She has always had volume in her body so it’s not a result of surgery. You can notice this even in her audition tapes.”
26 Maret:Earlier this week, 4minute’s HyunA and Jiyoon hyped up fans with the releases of individual teasers for the group’s comeback — today was Jihyun’s turn as the leader turned up the sexy factor with a steamy video teaser of her own.
Having received recognition for possessing “bagel girl” charm with her baby face and glamorous body, Jihyun proves in this teaser that she knows how to rock the mature “STEAL 20″ concept as well while maintaining her sweet allure.
As she spritzes perfume on herself, Jihyun muses, ”My image in the mirror, it’s not the same everyday. What I’ve shown of myself so far, it’s not everything. A secret that I only know, hidden deep within me, I will now show it.”
The teaser ends all too soon with the now-familiar question: “Mirror, mirror, who’s the prettiest in the world?”
