On May 8th, actor Lee Jung Jin bowed out of KBS’s variety program ‘Qualifications of Men’ due to his various drama and movie commitments.
To commemorate his withdrawl, he presented the members with gifts. Kim Guk Jin received couple tees, while Lee Gyung Kyu got a sweater and a photo album. Afterwards, Lee Jung Jin shared hugs with the members, saying, “I have nothing else to say but thank you, and I’m sorry.”
Meanwhile, the empty spot left behind by Lee Jung Jin will be filled by KBS announcer Jun Hyun Moo.
28 Maret:On March 27th, it was revealed that singer Chae Yeon made a surprise visit to the set of KBS’s “Qualification of Men” to cheer on their ramyun contest – gathering much interest from the public.
The contest was set up like a tournament with eight contestants in a ‘final four’ like format. Chae Yeon arrived during Lee Kyung Gyu and Seung Hae’s battle, and as it so happened, she was a neighborhood unnie (older sister) of contestant Park Seung Hae, who was close to her.
Chae Yeon waited for five hours to cheer on her dongsaeng (younger sibling) – sending her a loving message. Chae Yeon stated, “It would be good if you beet Lee Kyung Gyu and went all the way. That way, I can cheer you on till the end.” After, she decided to stay on set to directly cheer her dongsaeng on – displaying an even greater nervousness than the contestants.
