The actor got hitched on February 17th at the Shilla Hotel in Seoul to Kim Hye Yeon, an art student 11 years younger than him.
The two began dating back in 2008 after they met through a mutual friend, and their love for one another eventually led to their marriage today.
Since Go Soo’s wife is not a celebrity, the wedding ceremony was not shared with the public in order to protect her privacy.
The ceremony has drawn top stars such as Lee Byung Hun and Lee Soon Jae, who will be emceeing and presiding over the ceremony, respectively.
Go Soo and his wife will be heading off to Thailand for their five nights, six days honeymoon. Afterwards, the actor will embark on his next movie project in March.

A press release on the 10th revealed, “He met his girlfriend through an acquaintance a while ago and recently the relationship turned from a friendly into a romantic one.”
Rumors were floating on the 8th about the potential fling for Go Soo being a student in college and majoring in Fine Arts. While this news was being circulated in Korea, Go Soo was in New Zealand participating for an endorsement shoot. When he returned to Korea, he released an official statement through a press release.
Because his girlfriend isn’t a celebrity, he hopes for some privacy from the media. He is cautious as his love grows and hopes the media can help him as their relationship grows.
The actor has a devoted number of women fans, including Son Dambi, whom should be disappointed with this development.
