Amber shared two pictures of her f(x) family celebrating her birthday (minus Krystal who was probably filming for ‘High Kick 3‘. Victoria, Sulli, and Luna are seen surrounding Amber as they laugh and hold up ‘V’ signs. The girls also posed with Amber’s birthday cake in a room full of with cheery decorations.
Fans commented, “I’m late, but Happy Happy Happy Happy x100 Birthday”, “Waiting for your comeback. You’re becoming prettier and prettier”, and “Glad you had a happy birthday”.
Amber turned 19 (or in her Korean age, 20 years old) on September 18th.
4 September:
Amber wrote, “Mi….lk….tea“, and posed amidst the bottles as if she were passing out from pure gluttony.

Meanwhile, the artists of SM Entertainment recently wrapped up their ‘SM TOWN in Tokyo‘ concerts, which lasted from September 2nd until the 4th.
10 July:
The girls made their comeback to the stage after a year and eight months of being away, and swept the charts with not only their title track, “Pinocchio“, but their repackaged album, “Hot Summer“, as well. Amber sat down for a brief interview with Sports Chosun and graded the girls’ comeback.
Amber said, “Before we began promoting for this album, I was honestly really worried. I was on hiatus for longer than I thought because of my leg injury, and I was afraid about whether I’d be able to do well. I really didn’t want to disappoint everyone who waited and anticipated for me.”
She continued, “When we began with ‘Pinocchio’, I didn’t have any confidence. I felt intimidated and nervous. Because of that, I don’t think I was able to show everything I had prepared. If I were to rate our ‘Pinocchio’ promotions, I’d give it 75 points out of 100. But we still received so much love, and ranked first for the first time. We had never even imagined that we’d be able to win, so I was both touched and thankful, and earned confidence through it.”
Amber concluded, “I was able to stand on stage with confidence for ‘Hot Summer’. There were moments where we felt physically tired, but standing on stage was so exciting. Thanks to the support our fans have given us, I was able to find strength. That’s why I’d rate our promotions 90 points out of 100.”
11 June:
On June 10th, Amber wrote on her me2Day,
“Paris morning greeting, good morning! How are you all doing? We’re going to be meeting you all again next week with ‘Hot Summer‘. You’re going to cheer us on a lot right?I will return after working hard at the SM Town concert! See you then! How’s the picture?“
Fans cracked up after seeing Amber pose with her Pringles duck-bill, and left comments like: “I hope that you complete the Paris concert safely“, “Cute Amber“, and “I think you are getting more and more cute“.
f(x) is currently in France preparing for the “SM Town Live in Paris” concerts that will be held on June 10th and 11th at the Le Zenith de Paris.

f(x)’s Amber and 4minute’s Hyuna revealed a surprising BFF sel-ca.
Amber uploaded the photo through her me2day on May 18th, attaching the caption, “Since HyunA’s telling me to take a photo together, I can’t say no.”
In the photo, Amber and Hyuna are seen gazing at the camera with cute expressions on their faces.
Netizens gushed over the sel-ca, as they wrote, “Both of them are complete goddesses”, “Even if she’s boyish, is it impossible to hide her beauty?”, and “The two of them look good together”.
f(x) is currently promoting ‘Pinocchio’ while 4minute is working on ‘Heart to Heart’.
23 April:
Amber began, “During our hiatus, I was in the U.S. focusing on recovering from my leg injury. I randomly came across a rumor that claimed there was discord within our group and that I’d be departing.”
She continued, “The first time I heard it, I just laughed. I’m the playful type, so the only thing I was thinking about was how to surprise the public with my appearance. I tried not to think of the hateful rumors about discord and just focused completely on my recovery during my stay in the States.”
f(x) will be making their comeback tonight on KBS’s “Music Bank“, followed by “Music Core” and “Inkigayo” on April 23rd and 24th, respectively.
9 April:
It started with the release of a beautiful photo teaser from Krystal. The company stated that from April 7th to the 11th, the photo rotator on f(x)’s official website would be updated each day.
The 2nd official teaser reveals fellow member Amber, who’s finally stepped back into the spotlight after disappearing for months. Dressed to impress, she wore an eye-catching blue outfit, while rocking some funky footwear.
f(x)’s first studio album, ‘Pinocchio‘, is currently set be released on April 20th, followed up with full-fledged promotions.

Juni lalu, Amber pergi ke Amerika setelah mengalami cedera ankle. Untuk beberapa lama, terdapat rumor yang menyatakan ia meninggalkan grup namun ia hadir saat konser pertama SHINee, ‘The First Concert SHINee World.’ f(x) akan merilis album pertama dan come back dengan 5 member dalam setengah tahun.
