TVXQ‘s Changmin has revealed that he’ll be dubbing his Korean drama, ‘Paradise Ranch‘, in Japanese for its upcoming release on November 2nd.
On November 25th, Japanese outlets revealed that Changmin will be dubbing the drama himself, an unprecedented case for any Korean drama crossing over to the country. Changmin stated, “It’s a difficult change but I feel that it must be done, so I will try my best.”
Changmin will be dubbing over his own character in Japanese for the drama’s impending DVD release. Included in the Japanese release will be ‘making-of’ videos that show the behind-the-scenes process of his dubbing recording, a collection of drama NGs, as well as special interview clips — all making for three hours of content.

The two leads of SBS’s “Paradise Ranch” watched the last episode with 200 fans. They also presented their fans with signed CDs of the drama’s soundtrack, and donated 10 million won to SBS’s ‘Hope TV‘, a fundraising program for charities.
Reflecting over the experience, Lee Yeon Hee mused, “It was an event where I was able to feel my fans’ love. I’m very happy that I was able to watch the last broadcast with my fans, and so it’s a very meaningful experience for me“.
Changmin also stated, “It was my first drama, so everything was new to me and I was able to learn a lot thanks to everyone. I hope that even as time passes, everyone will continue to love ‘Paradise Ranch’. I also ask that you please continue your love and interest in Lee Yeon Hee and I.”
“Paradise Ranch” concluded on March 15th, recording a viewership rating of 8.4%.

In the upcoming episode, which will air on February 21st, the two share a date in a peculiar fashion.
Lee Yeon Hee is shocked to find out that her boyfriend (played by Joo Sang Wook) is married, and her ex-husband Changmin feels bad for her. To calm down a bit, Lee Yeon Hee visits an old lady she knows and Changmin decides to come with her, to her surprise. They work together for the old lady in funny outfits with towels on their heads.
They even share a date by the fire and eat roasted sweet potatoes. Though she’s coping with heartache and shock, he’s there for her and makes her feel better.

In the drama’s seventh episode, ‘Lee Daji’ and ‘Han Dongju’ end up spending the night together by throwing a special party for just the two of them in celebration of ‘Daji’ receiving her first consent form for the ranch.
The next day, ‘Daji’ unexpectedly wakes up in the arms of ‘Dongju’ and finds herself in an awkward situation after realizing that she stood up her date with ‘Seo Yunho’ as well.

Choi Kang Changmin of TVXQ/DBSK had his drama debut in PARADISE FARM/RANCH a few weeks ago. Now he’s busy touring and promoting PARADISE FARM as the show climbs in the ratings.

Setelah mendapat antisipasi high level, SBS drama, “Paradise Ranch“, akhirnya menayangkan episode pertamanya tgl 24 Januari.
Berdasarkan media analysts, AGB Nielsen Media, drama pilot episode mendapat rating 9.7%.
Pilot episode menampilkan ‘Han Dongju’ (TVXQ Changmin) menceraikan istrinya, ‘Lee Daji’, (Lee Yeon Hee), setelah menikah selama 6 bulan. Kemudian fast forwards 6 tahun, dimana mereka bertemu kembali. Tidak seperti ‘Daji,’ yang ecstatic bertemu partnernya sekali lagi, ‘Dongju’ terlihat berbeda dan aloof.
Keduanya dihargai untuk akting mereka.
