14 October:
We reported earlier that actress Hwang Jung Eum and No Min Woo picked up the leading roles for the sequel of ‘Full House‘. Now, it seems that they could be pulling out from the production, as their agency (Core Contents Media) placed a provisional hold on filming.
A representative of Core Contents Media commented, “We decided to postpone filming because the characters in ‘Full House 2‘ did not work well with the images of Hwang Jung Eum and Noh Min Woo. Currently, we are negotiating with the ‘Full House 2′ production company.”
‘Full House 2′, which has yet to be picked up by a broadcasting station, will be produced by Kim Jong Hak Productions and Digital Khan. It’s a highly anticipated project because of the explosive popularity that the original series, ‘Full House‘, acquired all across Asia back in 2004.
Meanwhile, according to their label, Hwang Jung Eum and No Min Woo received two to three drama offers aside from ‘Full House 2′ and are currently looking them over.

Actress Jo Yoon Hee recently joined Hwang Jung Eum and No Min Woo for the anticipated drama sequel, ‘Full House Season 2‘.

Departing from Jo Yoon Hee’s usual innocent and angelic image, ‘Full House 2′ will see a sexy and sophisticated character.
Just like in the previous season, there will be a three-way relationship when Jin Se Ryeong flies back to Korea in a jealous rage after hearing about her ex-lover Tae-Ik (No Min Woo)’s engagement.
The original ‘Full House‘ series — which starred Song Hye Kyo and Rain — was a huge hit, not just in Korea, but in Japan, China, Taiwan, and several other nations as well. Due to its past success, there have been many eyes watching for updates on the sequel’s line-up.
‘Full House 2′ will be aiming for an international release, as it’s been confirmed that the drama will air in Japan before Korea on March 2012 through Tokyo Broadcasting System (TBS). This will be a golden opportunity for the actors and actresses starring in the drama to make a global appearance.
Speaking about her new project, Jo Yoon Hee commented, “I really enjoyed watching the original series. Since ‘Full House’ was such a popular drama, I do feel a little pressure, but am excited for it. I will do my best to carry on the success of the original season.”
