After a long hiatus, the F.T. Island boys kicked off their comeback promotions through today’s episode of ‘Inkigayo‘.
Since it’s their first Korean work in almost a year, the boys aptly named their third mini album, “RETURN”. F.T. Island has been actively promoting in Japan, and still are, to some extent.
Their title track, “Hello Hello” is a fast-paced rock track that records at 200 BPM. With an added acoustic effect, the song is definitely a refreshing rock track that’s perfect for the summer season.
The title and lyrics are about a man who’s unwilling to bid farewell to his lost lover by greeting her with a “hello hello” instead of a “goodbye.”

After a five year absence, ‘dance king’ Jang Woo Hyuk finally made his comeback through today’s episode of ‘Inkigayo‘.
His title track, “Time Is [L]Over” was a collaboration piece between Shinsadong Tiger (who he’s worked with since his first solo album) and producer Joker (who previously worked on B2ST’salbums).
With its strong rhythm and guitar riff, the song talks about how time seemed to stand still at the moment he broke up with his lover.
The former H.O.T. member certainly lived up to his reputation as ‘dance king’ with his flawless choreography. From the finger-choreography to the buffering dance, the moves for this song have gained much interest, particularly after it was discovered that it was created by world-renown dance team, ANIMATION CREW-ELECTRONIC NO1 | 3DCOLORS-DOOBU.
Without further ado, check out the king’s return to the stage below!

After less than a month of promotions, Jay Park is wrapping up promotions for his ‘Take A Deeper Look‘ mini album through today’s episode of SBS’s Inkigayo.
Because he has activities to attend to overseas, Jay Park had no option but to conclude “Take A Deeper Look” earlier than expected. His last performance is scheduled for June 2nd through Mnet’s “M! Countdown“, after which he’ll move on to focus on his film, “Mr. Idol“.
The singer stated, “Thank you for loving an album that I worked so hard on. It’s disappointing that I have to conclude promotions earlier than expected, but I promise to return quickly with a mature image and music style. Please wait just a little bit more, and I ask that you continue to give me your interest.”

After promoting “La Vida Loca“, hip hop project group trio Clover is making a return on the Inkigayostage with their follow-up song, “Ice Trim“.
The group enjoyed much success with their debut track, “La Vida Loca”, ranking in on various music charts and being acknowledged for their unique musical style. This time, they’ll be promoting a slightly more upbeat song that still embodies the style they’re known for.
The song is noted amongst netizens for being Gilme’s playful diss track against Eun Ji Won, as it contains the lyrics, “Please let go of my contract.”
Gilme is housed under GYM Entertainment, a label run by CEO Eun Ji Won.
The song’s title itself is a play on words, as ‘burp (trim)’ and ‘cream’ are just one letter off in Korean.
Both the title and lyrics are said to be an expression of their ruthless style, “As it takes guts to be able to burp in public and not care.”
