After their performance Sandara Parkresponded, “It was our first broadcast in Japan so we were a bit nervous and shaky”. Cl said, “Where did my voice go? My voice is gone. Thank God this happened after the broadcast (and not before)”.
In this episode they also expressed their anticipation for 2NE1′s first mini album release in Japan on September 21st and appeared on a radio station, magazine photo shoot, and went shopping through Harajuku where fans immediately recognized them.
Additionally, 2NE1 has also started their full-fledged ‘Nolza‘ tour in Japan and kicked things off in front of 12,000 cheering fans at the Yokohama Arena on September 19th.

The September 6th episode of Mnet‘s 2NE1TV: Live Worldwide showed Park Bom and former Miss Korea Honey Lee hanging out at 2NE1′s first concert.
Right after 2NE1 finished their concert, Honey Lee went to 2NE1′s waiting room, hugged, and congratulated Park Bom saying, “You performed so well. I was so moved”, showing their close friendship. Honey Lee also presented Park Bom with a present and joked, “Now stop losing weight“.
It was revealed that back in her college days, Honey Lee wanted to become a singer so she trained to be an artist and even made music with some of the 2NE1 members.
The episode also showed the success of 2NE1′s first concert ‘Let’s Play (Nolza)’, with behind the story footage from all three days of the concert. In addition, the episode showed an f(x) member who came to cheer for 2NE1, and other guests from YG Entertainment who attended including Yang Hyun Suk,G- Dragon, Taeyang, and Seungri.
The behind story on GD&TOP, and Taeyang at ‘Pentaport Rock Festival 2011‘ was revealed throughMnet’s ‘2NE1TV Live: Worldwide‘ on August 16th. G-Dragon’s new shaved haircut garnered much interest during this event as well.
In the video, GD&TOP along with Taeyang revealed their practice rehearsal for the performance and captured every step they took until the day of the festival. In the video, there is a scene where TOP is helping Taeyang choose his outfit for the performance as well as sharing thoughts on which sunglasses they should wear accenting their close relationships even through the lens.

Mnet’s “2NE1tv: Live Worldwide” will exclusively feature GD&TOP’s live performance with world renowned producer Diplo. The program aired through Mnet on August 12th at 6PM KST.
On this episode, GD&TOP and Diplo’s collaborative performance of “Knock Out” at ‘d Summer Night Party’ was aired for the first time on TV.
GD&TOP along with Diplo revealed that they have matching tastes in the music they pursue, which also has brought attention. It’s reported that GD&TOP also took part with their Korean rap on a project album, ‘Major Lazer’ in which Diplo takes part in.
GD&TOP is featured on the English-based track with a Korean line, “Ahn nyung ha sae yo. Ban ga wuh mo due deul. Ahn nyung hee ga sae yo! (Hello. Nice to meet everyone. Goodbye!)”. It’s said that Diplo made a special request due to his great interest in K-pop and Korea.
This episode of “2NE1tv: Live Worldwide” was a special episode, featuring the backstage before GD&TOP and Diplo’s performance, as well as revealing the work process of GD&TOP and Diplo. In addition, the episode features Taeyang, GD&TOP, and 2NE1’s attendance of a recent rock concert, as well as the fun behind the scenes stories of YG Family.
There’s only a few days to go until 2NE1 releases their new song, “Ugly“, in conjunction with their second mini-album, but fans are dying for a hint of their new sound.
Their wish was granted through the latest episode of ‘2NE1TV‘, where a short clip of the song was played during the credits reel. Fans were able to hear a short snippet of the main chorus, which goes,
“I wanna be pretty // I wanna be pretty // Don’t lie to my face, telling me I’m pretty // I think I’m ugly and nobody wants to love me // Just like her, I wanna be pretty // I wanna be pretty // Don’t lie to my face ’cause I know I’m ugly…“

Mnet has been pulling out all the stops in preparation for the US debut of Season 3 of 2NE1’s reality show, ‘2NE1TVLive: WORLDWIDE‘.
Recently, Mnet created a Digital Street Team for the show designed to use fan enthusiasm to get the word out about the premiere. Fans responded overwhelmingly and have been promoting the show on facebook, twitter, and all manners of social media.
Today, Mnet announced an amazing event:
On July 15th, Mnet will be hosting an invitation only ‘Sneak Preview‘ of the Premiere in Los Angeles. The event will take place at 7:45PM at CGV Cinemas in Koreatown.
Tickets will not be sold for this event. Instead, for those interested in tickets, you must register and join the 2NE1TV Digital Street Team. If you join before July 14th at 10AM PST your name will automatically be left at will call.
For those fans unable to attend the Premiere, be sure to tune in to 2NE1TV LIVE:WORLDWIDE when it premieres on July 17th on all Mnet USA channels.

First premiering in America on Mnet US, 2NE1TV will broadcast on 7/17 at 8PM PST.
Following the U.S. premiere, 2NE1TV’s 3rd season will officially be re-branded as “2NE1TV LIVE:WORLDWIDE“.
Mnet Korea will launch the new series on 7/19 at 6PM, and other countries will broadcast the show shortly after. Including, Thailand (TrueVision), Vietnam (YAN TV), and Cambodia (CTN). Meanwhile, tvN Asia and Channel V International will air the program in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, Myanmar and Malaysia.
