Clazziquai‘s Alex has just announced that he’ll be holding his second solo concert in November.
His agency, Fluxus Music, released a short statement on September 28th, saying, “Alex will hold his second solo concert, titled ‘A Story yet to be told’, on November 5th at Yonsei University.”
This new concert is his first in three years, and will end his promotions for his second album, “Just Like Me“, which was released back in June this year.
Commenting on his concept for this tour, Alex said, “Everything from the stage concept to the selection of songs was prepared with fluttering emotions, just like when a man is about to confess his feelings to a woman he loves.”
Alex is currently preparing for his upcoming concert amidst his MC duties on MTV’s ‘The Stage’.

Clazziquai’s Alex is back with the full music video for “Saying Goodbye With a Smile“!
This lighthearted track was originally included in Alex’s second album, “Just Like Me“, and was later used in the OST for the popular drama, ‘Romance Town‘.
Alex will be promoting a re-arranged version of the song. Check out the MV below!

The official teaser for Alex’s “Saying Goodbye While Smiling” has been revealed!
On August 7th, Fluxus Music’s official YouTube page uploaded a short teaser for Alex’s upcoming follow-up track, “Saying Goodbye While Smiling”. “Saying Goodbye While Smiling” is a song from Alex’s second album, ‘Just Like Me‘, and was originally used as an OST track for the drama “Romance Town“.
Alex will continue his second album promotions with re-arranged version of the song.
The track has a jazzier feel to it compared to the original, and fans will be able to enjoy both versions when it comes out on August 9th.

Actor/singer Alex amused fans when he talked about his public reputation as a ‘relationship specialist’.
On the night of July 9th, Alex guested on tvN’s ‘Love Song‘ and revealed stories about relationships and his music.
Alex made everyone around him envious when he talked about a song called “Ordinary You” from his 2nd album. He stated, “I sang the song thinking of my current girlfriend. The song title is ordinary but the lyrics are about her, who is not so ordinary“.
Alex continued, “Maybe it’s because I showed an image of a relationship specialist on broadcasts, but females approach me a lot asking for advice“. Not only did he advise guests Jung Juri and Seo Yoo Jung on their relationship worries, but he also revealed the mentality of men that women aren’t aware of, as well as secrets about intimate and covert relationships.
He also recommended songs that would be fitting for men to initiate ’skinship’. Guys, watch this broadcast and learn a thing or two!

It’s been reported that singer Alex, who recently suffered from a herniated disc, was admitted into a hospital.
According to Seoul’s Kangnam Choice Hospital, Alex dropped by the hospital on the morning of June 11th to receive a special endoscope surgery for his injury. He was diagnosed with 4th and 5th cervical disc herniation.
A staff member of the hospital stated, “Alex received special endoscopic procedures to push in his protruding discs, which took approximately 10 minutes.” They continued, “He stayed in the recovery room for an hour and was able to go home after his condition stabilized.”
Alex was diagnosed with a herniated disc three years ago, but because he was too nervous to receive surgery, he decided to treat himself with simple exercise and stretches. However, his condition got significantly worse in the past three weeks, and so he had no choice but to receive the surgery.
A representative of Alex’s company stated, “The surgery was a simple procedure that will not affect his future activities. Starting next week, he will receive 2~3 months of treatment while actively promoting his album at the same time.”

After releasing a teaser earlier in the week, Clazziquai’s Alex has just released his second album titled, “Just Like Me.”
The album is the work of three years and features the maturity his musical style has undergone in the process. Known for his smooth, romantic image, the tracks aim to bring out a bit of a masculine charm.
Additionally, his MV for the title track, “Even If I Try to Go Crazy” starring Jung Ryeo Won has also been released where the latter was revealed to have walked and ran for 12 hours straight for the filming.
His title track, “Even If I Try to Go Crazy”, is the work of famous composer Lel and is about a sad story of an abandoned man approaching his lost love with wounds still in his heart once more. As it features a power, addictive melody, the song will surely be on repeat for music fans.

Singer Alex confessed that he has faults and weaknesses.
On May 31st, Alex made a guest appearance on SBS Power FM’s “Choi Hwa Jung’s Power Time” and stated, “In reality, I have a lot of weaknesses.”
DJ Choi Hwa Jung asked Alex, who is known for his clean cut and romantic image, “Different from your perfect image, is it true that in reality you have imperfections?” Alex replied, “This is very true. Truthfully, I have many imperfections, but I don’t hide them purposefully.”
He added, “Many people know me as a romantic guy, but in reality, that’s not all that true. My current girlfriend even stated, ‘You should make a nationwide apology to all the people who misunderstand you to be a romanticist.’”
Alex also revealed, “There are also many people who think that I often cook delicious meals at home, but I actually don’t enjoy cooking. Because being a chef was my one time real job, I don’t really cook when I’m at home.”
Many people received this perception of Alex due to his role in the popular show, We Got Married. Meanwhile, Alex has released his 2nd album, “Just Like Me“, after 3 years of hiatus and is planning to promote his album with the title track “Even If I Try to go Crazy“.

On May 31st, Clazziquai’s Alex released a teaser video for his upcoming second album!
The teaser video features his title track, “Even If I Try to Go Crazy“, with actress Jung Ryeo Won as the special leading role. Random Visual Team, which houses some of Korea’s top photographers, has also grabbed the megaphone for the music video, leading many to wonder what the final results will show.
In the dramatic teaser, Jung Ryeo Won coldly asks through tears, “Are you crazy? You’re not even human. Why can’t you understand a word I’m saying?!”
Alex’s second official album, “Just Like Me“, will drop on June 2nd!
