MBC’s Music Core is back once again with another fun and exciting show!

Also in attendance were 200 youths from 23 countries around the world, who had been invited by theMinistry of Gender Equality and Family and the National Council of Youth Organizations. The 200 youths are going to watch Music Core and act as Hallyu ambassadors when they return home.

Besides the usual stages, Super Junior, and 2NE1 made their respective comebacks. Elsewhere,ZE:A begun their follow-up promotions with “Heart for 2“.

With SHINee’s Minho and Onew on a temporary leave of absence, Super Junior’s Donghae andEunhyuk were listed as special 1-day MCs alongside Suzy and Jiyeon.

Except that it didn’t happen, as the Super Junior duo were nowhere to be seen besides the lovely ladies until Super Junior’s comeback performance at the very end. We wonder why…

Super Junior, the leading men of the Hallyu wave, have finally returned to home base on MBC’s Music Core to promote their fifth official album. Though their lead track may be titled, “Mr. Simple“, the unique performance they’ve put on tonight is anything but!
The group have once again rocked the stage with a powerful, energetic choreography. Since the lyrics for “Mr. Simple” express society’s loss of motivation and dreams due to their overly-complicated lifestyles, Super Junior decided to deliver flashy visuals to match their message.

Meanwhile, Heechul tweeted a photo before their comeback stage, “Our thankful SNSD dongsengs, who came to cheer for us on Music Core!! Right now is Girls’ Generation!! We are Super Junior!!.”

After a short promotion period with “I Am The Best“, 2NE1 has begun yet another round of promotions on MBC’s ’Music Core ‘with their new track “Ugly” from their second mini-album.

The strong guitar riff in “Ugly” sets the energy for the performance, as the girls rocked out while singing about being completely honest about their insecurities.

The members of ZE:A have ditched their ‘Empire of Pororo‘ image from “Watch Out” to become charismatic men for “Heart for 2“.

Having performed a short version during their comeback stage, the boys brought out a full performance of “Heart for 2″ on ‘Music Core‘ today for their follow-up promotions.

Composed by producers E.One, the song is a crossover number that combines a house rhythm with acoustic sounds. Through this new track, the boys unveiled a powerful choreography  to signal their return as men. Check out their performance below!
